Franke Traditional  incorporates an advanced Filtration System operated by the dedicated third handle. 
An Independent waterway runs through the faucet body, continuing through the spout.
 It connects beneath the sink to a compact filtration unit containing a replaceable ceramic cartridge.
There is no possibility of contamination from hot & cold supplies.
Lead, chlorine, and microscopic particles are removed, releasing the flavor of cofee, tea , juices and the water.
The life of the cartridge is extended since only drinking or cooking water is filtered.
