Cutting boards -- these should be manufactured from top quality hardwoods or FDA-approved synthetic materials. They should be designed to fit snugly over sink basins to hold them in place during use.
Colanders -- FDA-approved polypropylene should be used. Wire rinse baskets -- these should be designed to nest securely in sink basins. Integral dishracks and utensil areas are thoughtful
additions. Bottom basin racks -- they help cushion fragile dishes and protect the surface of the sink from scratches. They should fit neatly into the bottom of the basins.
